Description

Ø  Right from client handling to end to end recruitment process for junior level, middle level and senior level requirements.

Ø  Taking requirements from the clients in terms of technology, roles and responsibilities, compensation etc for the role.

Ø  To discuss with Client and BUH to understand the requirement clearly with terms of various desired criteria’s (Detailed Job Description etc) and to ensure the quality deliverables.

Ø  Responsible for end-to-end solution for junior level, middle level and senior level requirements

Ø  Sourcing and Screening resumes through Job portals, social network, employee reference and head hunting etc.

Ø  Recruiting for Contract, Contract to hire positions.

Ø  Screening & Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate's communication skills, technical Domain skills/knowledge, experience based on client's requirement, relocation preferences. Understanding technical requirements and sourcing right candidates for their requirements.

Ø  Explore all channels of recruitments like posting Ads, designing and initiating referral emails etc. for sourcing of the right candidates for the business. Connect through social networking etc

Ø  Co-ordination with the client for feedback on daily basis and schedule interviews of short listed candidates

Ø  Scheduling and coordinating with candidates for different forms of interviews like F2F, Telephonic, Video Conference and Skype as per convenience.

Ø  Collect the salary slips, Offer letter of the candidates to check the salary Break up.

Ø  Conducting HR discussion with the selected candidates for the specific skill and team. Assisting in releasing the offer letter and negotiating on compensation and notice period of the candidate

Ø  Dealing with issues of joining like – Notice Period buy-out, Relieving letter, Separation Process in their current organization, DOJ etc.

Ø  Follow up of the selected candidates for reporting to the Organization.

Ø  Taking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative process to ensure the best of the candidates are placed.

Ø  Sending update, viz joining, pipeline tracker to the Business.

Ø  Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

 

Ø  Competencies required including Technical: Understanding IT Domain & should be able to source profiles for ERP, Testing, Java, Bigdata, .Net, Analytics & any other niche technologies.
